Bio:
As the owner of Quinte Mind & Body, I want to welcome you to the clinic and what we have to offer. I have created this clinic to provide alternative health care in a way that is much needed, combining physical treatment and mental health care under one roof.

I have been a practicing Registered Massage Therapy, (RMT) for many years in the Belleville area. Through my love of learning and providing results for my patients, I have added modalities from my knowledge of the body and medical treatment. Some modalities are Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Kinesiolgy/medical tape, Pelvic floor health, and becoming a Certified Meditation Teacher and Facilitator.

As a graduate of an advanced course of Massage Therapy at Georgian College, I take great pride in treating my patients with many different manual techniques and tools. After a year in practice I received my certification from McMaster University for Contemporary Medical Acupuncture. I continue to study treatments as medical studies continue to evolve and improve, this a great passion of mine. Making sure my patients understand their pain and feel involved in their treatment is incredibly important. This is part of providing treatment with a difference.

Over many years of being in Practice, I have developed a passion for treating the following:

  • High stress / Anxiety

  • Pregnancy and Postpartum

  • Pelvic Floor Care

  • Neurological Conditions and Symptoms (Sciatica, Carpel Tunnel, Numbness/tingles, etc.)

  • Headaches / Migraines

  • Deep Tissue Work

  • Scar tissue work

  • Trigger Point Therapy

Quinte Mind & Body is something I take great pride in bringing to Belleville and the Quinte area. I hope you will come and experience what we have to offer and take advantage of alternative health at its finest.

Each session, Ann is always present, and actively listening. We can literally tell her anything, because she is truly sincere and approachable. She really cares. She helps strengthen our family in ways we haven’t been able to achieve on our own. We highly recommend her!'
