Insurance Coverage

Massage Therapy treatments & Psychotherapy treatments are covered under extended health care coverage. Check with your provider to see your allotted amount. We do Direct Bill insurance companies on behalf of the patient for Registered Massage Therapy treatments.

For all other treatments you will receive a receipt with according information to submit to your insurance company. Most companies reimburse within 24-48 hours of service.

We do direct-bill for all major insurance companies.

 

No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees

Massage Therapy

There will be a No-Show and Cancellation fee of 45.00 for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice.

Psychotherapy Session

There will be a No-Show and Cancellation fee of the full price of appointment booked for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice.
 

Reflexology / Head Massage / Non-RMT Treatments

There will be a No-Show or late cancellation fee of the full price of appointment booked for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

Massage Therapy services and Reflexology services are subject to HST.

We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard and Cash.
